Planning

There are many steps in the planning process for the redevelopment of the Bunbury waterfront.

These include town and regional planning scheme amendments and structure plan approvals which are subject to public submissions and responses from various government bodies including water, public transport, industry and environmental agencies.

At each major point, the community can have their say and feedback is used to guide the planning process. Information sessions and public forums will continue to be held throughout the lifetime of the project

While processes can be complex, all levels of planning and approvals help ensure the vision and plans for development are well scrutinized and meet the aspirations of the community.
